Location wise for skiers, this is great. 2 blocks to the town lift for Aspen Mountain, 1 block to the bus stop for Snowmass, Buttermilk and Highlands. Walking distance to 30+ super restaurants and very high end shops.

Staff is super friendly but the rooms are not large and not really set up for skiers. There are few hooks/knobs to hang out gear to dry or warm up in the rooms and no where to put skies or snow boards but the closet for night storage. Yes, they prefer you to store equipment with the bellman but few real skiers do.

Artwork in the hotel is lovely, spa is huge and very expensive but nice. There is a comp business center so emails are free for you to check. Food is great but will be pricey (it is St Regis after all). They do comp transfers to and from the apo but you need to call once you have landed. It can be a bit of a wait so we took a cab for $20-set up your ride back to the apo once you arrive.
