The rooms are spacious, very clean and all have some water view. The hotel is very spread out so if you have special needs clients, be sure to have them near the lobby. They now have an all inclusive feature for groups. The staff was way friendly, almost to the point of being smothering. They have live music in all F&B outlets, while nice; it can get a bit loud. Beautiful golf course and be sure to have a meal at the course as the view is spectacular.

They have just completed a $50mil renovation and I can not see where they put that kind of $$. The architecture is very dated (very 1970s) and I saw a lot of greasy fingerprints and dirt in the corners. The food was blah and the walls are so thin in the sleeping rooms and ballroom that the sound transfers easily. The staff was more interested in talking among themselves than to guests. They do have a cool new water park but that attracts a kind of client that would not be good for a group except a family group. All in all, I can not recommend this hotel in any way!
